What is the Development Committee?
The committee is comprised of Local Councillors who meet once every 4 weeks to determine those planning applications which are not determined at an Officer level under the scheme of delegation. These are normally the larger or more controversial applications. The Committee meets on Wednesdays on a four weekly cycle. All meetings are held in Hadleigh and start at 9.30 am.
Development Committee Agendas and Minutes
The Agenda for any meeting is available to view online five working days before the meeting. Minutes from meetings are usually available online 1 week after the meeting.
