Summary

This document addresses the requirements laid down in the Food Standards Agency's Framework Agreement on Food Law Enforcement to produce a Food Safety Service Plan. It covers all aspects of food safety enforcement within the Babergh District Council area

This is the Council's annual Food Service Plan as required by the Food Standards Agency, please view by selecting the link below: 

Although the above document is for 2008/09, it still has relevant information with regard to the food safety and health and safety enforcement activities of the Food and Safety Regulation team. 

A new version of the above document will be produced once the service integration with Mid-Suffolk District Council has been completed.
