Moving out a property
- The former address or account number
- Your forwarding address
- Completion Date/ Tenancy End Date
- Was the property owned or rented?
- New owners or landlords name and address
- Date you moved out
- Date the stock was removed
Moving into a property
- Name of responsible person/ Company
- Address you are moving into
- Completion Date/ Tenancy Start Date
- Date stock moved in
- Move in date
- Is the property owned or rented
- Mailing Address (if different from property address)
